Terms of Service

Advertiser:

1. Beosmo Advertising is not responsible for the acceptance of your campaigns, it depends on the broadcaster.
2. Beosmo Advertising cannot be held responsible in the event that the broadcaster cancels the broadcast of the campaign.
3. Beosmo Advertising does not accept advertisements for Pornographic / Hateful / Casino & Gambling content as well as any illegal product promotion.
4. Beosmo Advertising reserves the right to ban any advertiser who does not comply with the terms of use.
5. If the balance of your account is negative, you are required to reimburse the amount due within 30 days from the first reminder.
6. Withdrawal fees are deducted from the total amount withdrawn, for some withdrawals this may result in additional fees which are the responsibility of the advertiser.
7. Fund withdrawals are subject to identity verification as part of the fight against money laundering. The advertiser will be asked for various documents when requesting a withdrawal.
8. In the event that the advertiser does not send the documents proving his identity when withdrawing funds, the said funds will be frozen until the end of the verification procedure

Broadcast :

1. Beosmo Advertising does not accept advertisements for Pornographic / Hateful / Casino & Agent Games content as well as any illegal product promotion, this will cause your site to be refused on our platform.
2. Beosmo Advertising reserves the right to ban any broadcaster who does not comply with the terms of use.
3. The broadcaster is responsible for the publication of advertisements displayed on its site.
4. Your account balance may be frozen in case suspicious activity is detected
5. Your account balance may be permanently frozen in cases where suspicious activity is confirmed.
6. Use of Bots to increase your income is prohibited, it will result in the termination of your account.
7. If the Broadcaster cancels an Advertiser's campaign, then the Advertiser will be refunded and the Broadcaster will not be paid for that campaign.
8. Withdrawal fees are deducted from the total amount withdrawn, for some withdrawals this may result in additional fees which are the responsibility of the broadcaster.
