⁃ The data manager of the site that uses SAYME Connect undertakes to comply with any request from the user regarding the deletion of this personal data.

⁃ Beosmo through SAYME cannot be held legally & criminally responsible in the event that the manager of the site using SAYME Connect does not fulfill the user's wishes regarding this request for modification or deletion of this data.

⁃ In the event that the SAYME Connect user wishes to delete this data directly from SAYME, they must make the request directly by email to data@beosmo.com.

⁃ The administrator of the site using SAYME Connect is entirely responsible for the security of the data transmitted by the user when connecting.

⁃ The administrator of the site using SAYME Connect undertakes not to unnecessarily collect user data under penalty of seeing their access suspended or, if necessary, their developer account suspended.

⁃ In the event that the site administrator who uses SAYME Connect does not comply with a user's request regarding the request to delete this data, the administrator will receive an email notification from us (SAYME), he will have 48 hours to respond otherwise his account will be suspended until he validates the user's request.

⁃ Beosmo (SAYME) reserves the right to suspend access to a user in the event that they are considered not to comply with SAYME's general conditions of use. The user may exercise their right to know the reason, if applicable, by contacting support@sayme.app. But the reason will not be communicated to the administrator of the site using SAYME Connect.

⁃ The site administrator undertakes to appoint a data manager so that this person can be contacted directly by the SAYME team in the event of a problem.
